Ching-Sheng (C.S.) Hwang

Senior Civil Engineer
Ching-Sheng has more than 32 years of structural engineering experience. He will direct Rosemont’s civil and structural engineering efforts for the upcoming. He will also oversee the engineering teams to ensure the integrity of the designs are maintained throughout the course of the project, and ensure compliance with technical and statutory requirements.

Before joining Rosemont, Hwang was a Senior Principal Engineer at Aker Metals Inc., where he analyzed the structure and detail design at mining plants in Toromocho, Peru. In addition Ching-Sheng has also worked as a Senior Structural engineer for the State of California, as a civil engineer for the City and County of San Francisco, CA, and as a plan check engineer for the County of Santa Clara, CA.

Hwang holds Ph.D. and Master of Science degrees in structural engineering from the University of Miami, FL. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
