Rosemont Copper Supports the 2009 El Tour de Tucson and Safe Bicycling
El Tour de Tucson is a fun ride attracting some over 9,000 cyclists of all ages and abilities from throughout the United States and beyond, including novice, intermediate, advanced, and professional riders. For more information on this great event visit the El Tour de Tucson website:

Lasting Partnerships Within the Community
Rosemont Copper supports partnerships that build stronger communities and provide programs that educate our youth and protect our environment. Our Corporate Contributions Program grants are designed to support:
- Education and research, especially in the areas of mining, metallurgy, hydrology, environmental sciences and renewable resources.
- Balancing the environment; preservation of open space and mitigation of wildlife habitat.
- Open-space recreational activities and organizations.
To be considered for a grant, applicants must be tax exempt, preferably under IRS Section 501(c)(3), located in or serving Pima or Santa Cruz Counties and support programs that directly impact the objectives above.
